1-Year Warranty inspection

Months after you’ve closed on a newly  constructed house, scheduling another home inspection is probably one of  the last things on your mind.

Many newly constructed homes are  sold along with a 12-month builder’s warranty that covers the cost of  repairs associated with constructional defects.

If your builder  has provided a 1-year home warranty, then you should strongly consider a  home warranty inspection scheduled in the 11th month to help identify issues that could be covered.
